Nothing special she thinks of herself to be
If only we could trade places then she'd see
How she stood her ground when it crumbled before her
And every hurricane and storm bowed down to surrender
She magnifies her flaws in every nook and cranny
Little does she know it's what makes her extraordinary
She's crawled and climbed through valleys all on her own
And rebuilt her empire countless times to reclaim her throne
She pours love to others like her cup never runs out
Uplifting spirits is what she's all about
Adorned with the light that comes from within
Only heaven knows what she went through and where she's been

How she stood in unwavering faith when the flood swept over
